I have a trouble to add the haicam E21

• Please make sure that your WiFi network is 2.4 GHz. Haicam cameras don't support 5G network.
• Please put your camera close to the router.
• Plug in the cable and add your camera(Only E21).
• If the wifi is not configured successfully or cameras can't be added for the first time. Please try to reset your camera to factory default and add again.
