Unknown ssid

Customer: The app does not recognize my wifi. This is what I see "unkown ssid".

Answer: The way is:
1.Check whether the mobile wifi network installed with youipcam app is connected. 2.If the WiFi network is connected, you can enter the WiFi name manually.
