Customer: Live feed keeps saying connecting but cannot get live stream.
Answer: First make sure your phone network is in good condition. There are three ways you can try: 1.Please kill the app and relaunch the app to check again. 2.Please try to unplug and plug in the camera power. 3.Please reset your camera to factory default and add the camera again.
